Purpose: To transfer files to and from a mobile device or pen drive to a system, and to find the storage capacity.

Desktop computer or laptop, Android mobile, USB cable and pen drive.

    1. Find the storage capacity of a pen drive and a CD/DVD.

    Exercise 2


    1. Transfer a file between a pen drive and a computer.

    Exercise 3


    1. Transfer a file between a mobile phone and a laptop using a USB cable, find the harddisk capacity and using Bluetooth.

    1. Teachers should have a pen drive and a USB cable ready.
    2. Ensure that all students transfer the files and folders from the pen drive to the laptop.
    3. While teaching, use the terms transfer and files, etc., so that students become familiar with them.
    4. When a pen drive or phone is connected, a new drive appears in the system. The space available on the phone or pen drive can then be seen.
